TaylorSizer (TM) is based on Size Distribution Taylor Dispersion Analysis (SD-TDA)

Our scientific approach

The Taylorsizer is a compact and automated biophysical characterization analyzer using Taylor Dispersion Analysis which provides molecular size distribution, and viscosity and stability measurements.

The Taylorsizer was developed to meet the needs of users from different fields such as Biotechnology, Health, or the Food industry for example.

TaylorSizer (TM)

Ultra-Small Sizing made simple.

We offer an easy-to-use technology for resolutive size distribution requiring short method development time.

Size Distribution<br />
Taylor Dispersion Analysis (SD-TDA)

Size Distribution

Taylor Dispersion Analysis (SD-TDA) ranges from molecular sizes (0.5 nm) to 400 nm Hydrodynamic Diameter of nanoparticles and allows the size measurement in a single run of native protein/particle and related degradation products or aggregates.

High Throughput Size Distribution Taylor Dispersion Analysis (SD-TDA)

FAST ANALYSIS TIME

The Taylorsizer is an automated biophysical characterization tool using Taylor Dispersion Analysis which provides molecular size distribution, viscosity and stability measurements.

Multi-detector Size Distribution Taylor Dispersion Analysis (SD-TDA)

MULTI-DETECTOR

Taylorsizer standard configuration is provided with UV-Visible detection (190-650 nm or 190-1010 nm) offering Size Distribution measurements that are not affected by the presence of aggregates. The Diode Array Detector can, in addition, measure the UV Absorbance spectrum of the solution.

LASER-INDUCED FLUORESCENCE DETECTOR

It can be added as an option to the Taylorsizer for the detection of labelled-biomolecules or nanoparticles in complex matrices.

Small Volume Size Distribution Taylor Dispersion Analysis (SD-TDA)

LOW SAMPLE AMOUNT CONSUMPTION

Only a few nL of sample are needed to run Size Distribution – Taylor Distribution Analysis (SD-TDA). Samples can be injected without dilution (native conditions)

SITE COATINGS Size Distribution Taylor Dispersion Analysis (SD-TDA)

LARGE TEMPERATURE RANGE

The temperature control of sample storage (5 – 55°C) and measurement chamber (15-55°C) temperatures guarantees good accuracy and reproducibility of size and viscosity measurements.

Subpopulation Quantification Size Distribution Taylor Dispersion Analysis (SD-TDA)

HIGH PERFORMANCES IN SIZE DISTRIBUTION

Improved resolution through a powerful patented algorithm for ultrasmall and small nanoparticles size distribution.

TaylorSizer Plateform

Our software contains a unique algorithm based on a patent from Montpellier University.

  • The Taylorsizer is provided with a simple software interface
for the control of the measurement platform and data analysis.
  • The relative quantification of each subpopulation and the PDI is directly provided by SD-TDA software at the end of the analysis.
  • Data is displayed by the software as tables,
SD-TDA plots, and Taylorgram real time monitoring during the measurement.
  • Data Analysis is carried out by a patented algorithm
allowing Size Distribution computing from an experimental Taylorgram.
  • Software also includes two specific tools,
a tool for viscosity measurement and one for assistance to method development using abacuses as described by Taylor.
